E 29th Avenue
This is a multistage project. Our client owns a character home and the the corner lot besides it. His plan is to build a new single family home with a rental suite in the corner lot, for him and his daughters along with a laneway house in the back. After this phase of the project is completed, the existing character house will be raised and moved forward, and converted into a three unit rental and develop an infill house in the back.
Nelson Retirement Home
This clients owns a sloped property in Nelson BC, where they are planning to build their dream retirement home. I worked with them and converted their ideas into a full design and set of drawings for pricing. Once they know that their dream home is within their budget, we will move forward and complete a set of of drawings for permit and construction.
Island retreat
This is my personal project. I have always dreamed with designing and building my own cabin. Located in one of the islands close to Vancouver, it is nearing completion!
Fire damaged rebuild.
This family home got damaged on a fire, and the insurance was going to rebuild their house, however the zoning requirements have changed since the original house was built, and the design needed to be significantly modified to meet the new zoning requirements, we used this opportunity to give the house a completely new look, with stucco siding, stone accents and large windows
