We provide drafting and design services for residential projects. We offer our services to home owners, builders and contractors, and our specialty is drawings for building permits. The following are the services that we offer, but if you need something related to drafting or design that is not in this list, give us a call.

We will come to your home and measure the existing dimensions and location of all the walls, windows, doors etc. From this dimensions we will generate a detailed set of 'as-built' drawings that can be used as a base for planning and designing your addition or renovation to ensure that your building permit drawings are as accurate as possible.

Based on your address we can find who is the authority having jurisdiction for your property, and the rules, by-laws and codes that apply to your project. With this information we complete a site analysis that will tell you what you can build on your property. This information will ensure that your building permit drawings are approved by your Municipality

Did you receive a stop work order from your city inspector? We can help you by putting together the building permit drawings that you need to obtain your permit and get your project back on track.

We can help you with the design and drafting services for your renovations, either starting from scratch, or by taking your concepts and sketches and converting them into a solid conceptual design that is functional and meets all the requirements of your Municipality. Once this conceptual design is ready, we will produce a full set of building permit drawings.

We can help you design from scratch the home of your dreams. We have experience with Single Family Dwellings, Laneway Houses, Off-grid cabins and more. We will go through a design process that includes a site analysis, building program, preliminary floor plans, and detailed building permit drawings and construction drawings. We can also work with a AIBC registered Architect for more complex projects.

We can create a 3D model of your project, that can help you visualize the shape, colors, scale and overall style. This is a great tool for making decisions during the design process.
